How do I report a technical problem?

For the last couple of days the "hidden" radio buttons on my bid page are not there. I cannot choose to view the bids that I have previously hidden. The radio buttons have turned into text boxes that just say "hiddenCheck" and "allCheck" and they don't do anything.

This is only on my Bids page, no other pages. It is the same way for all the different browsers that I've tried.

"How do I report a technical problem?"

 

Since eBay rarely addresses and fixes technical problems - refer to the rest of this forum - why would reporting one matter?

Many  more problems - most are just from the past two weeks. Yes we can work around some but it takes time and reduces the enjoyability:

1. This morning could not add a message to a seller when I try to pay

2. I try to pay a seller - the screen tells me to change addresses.  I change to my home address rather than my PO box. It says Ok now. I change my address back to the PO Box and can make payment. Ok it is just a couple of extra steps but on one occasion it goes back to rejecting the payment. Why? who knows.

3. Put many items into a cart from a single buyer but then try to send an email to that person requesting combined postage - screen says Buyer does not offer combined postage.

So you give up and lo and behold the items in your cart turn up in your purchased items list.

The seller does offer combined postage so why does this occur? Is the default position of not allowing combined postage assumed without a seller's consent? Is it to push sellers to the Global Shipping Program?

4.I have an agent in the US to collate items for sending and use this registered address. If a seller is with the Global Shipping Program the postage is calculated by GS to my credit card address and not the registered nominated address.  This cannot be changed by the seller and even the Ebay Help Desk as " Global Shipping " is a "separate Company".   The shipping should only be calculated after the address is provided by the buyer.

5. Am looking at an item - it says that there are 2 bidders. I look at the bidders and then try to bid. It does not enter the bid. Go back to the original listing and now you can enter a bid.

Does anyone check the system after changes are made? Perhap they just wait until complaints come in.

I have the same issue with the check boxes. It's the same in Chrome and Safari and I assume it's a problem with macOS 10.14 Mojave. I'll see if I can get a technical report through the chat or phone system as I qualify for concierge support.
