I talked to customer service today because starting last night any pictures I take for my listings are having issues when I go to crop them. I get an error stating "Photo must be at least 500 pixels on the longest side". I uninstalled app reinstalled app, cleared cache nothing worked. So after being on the phone for some time I have found, it will let me upload and crop my photos down on my phone if I use the classic site through my internet not the app. The customer service tech took down the information to pass along and said it is a good chance the app is undergoing updates and they will be working to fix this issue within the next few days. In the meantime I cannot use my app to upload pictures and crop I must use the classic site on my phone. Hope this helps anyone else encountering this issue and be sure to report it to them so that they know this is a widespread issue. I have seen others posting about it happening to them also!
