Hi, i am having this error when counter offering a buyer. How can I resolve this issue?!?!

I am having the same issue.  I tried several times on different items and I get an error every-time.   This just started this morning.

Hi this notice from ebay is old 10/12/21 at 16.35, now we are in 2023 February and I am having this issue, so could you please advise, why I am having this problem ?

Either of those could prevent an offer from being countered.

Are you experiencing this issue on ebay.com or ebay.com.au?

I do not see any current items you have listed. Are you signed in to the correct account?

If you are on a Mac using Safari or Firefox, try another browser such as Chrome or Opera.

I am having this same issue today.  It was fine earlier.  I am in Google Incognito to get on the website!
