I'm trying to contact ebay support and get no anwsers, gonna try my luck here.
Situation:
I'm stuck on "2. Sync your profiles" step. Ebay gives me "Something isn't right. Please double-check the info on this page." The info is correct btw, there are no mistakes and it's absolutely same on both ebay and payoneer.
My Payoneer account is ready - documents verified, bank accounts ready to process payments.
I was getting email warnings from ebay that "payoneer deadline is coming", while customer support told me ebay "won't be stomping on your business" and "this is a bug on our side".
Well, I got my listings adding or editing functionality blocked on 6/25, error "e77729-1134538x".
Since then I've sent a few more requests to handle this problem, customer support never answered.
What I'm asking for:
Any resolution. Be it unblocking my listing usings, or helping me to connect Payoneer.
While I'm paying for my store, last 2 weeks I can't do anything with listings and this is super frustrating.
If there is any ebay engineer, please help and escalate this issue to anybody who can solve this.
