Recently, EBAY, in their infinate wisdom, decided to place a rectangular box on my "purchases" page. I can find no way to remove it. It is annoying as #### . Cant move it, cant remove it, cant do anything with it. Called twice and talked to customer service. One time they sent my off to where no changes I made did anything with it, the other time they said it is new and I am stuck with it. If you move your mouse over the two boxes, one says "FAQS" the other says "technical issues". I did not ask for the box, I dont want the box, I have been on ebay 20 years and now they shove a "help" box on my screen that I can not do anything with. In the "technical issues" there is a survey that is a waste of time since they dont read them. I have filled the survey out ~30 times and I still have the box I dont want, did not ask for, cant move, cant remove. Does ANYBODY bhave any ideas how to remove the "help" box????? Or do I give up and go with Amazon prime?????
