"Feature your listings" not working

Within Store --> Edit store, attempting to use the "Feature your listings" function, when trying to "Add row" (Type: Manual & Row: Just in), progress indicator just spins & page displays following error: "Page loading error, refresh to try again." Have tried clearing browser cache & cookies, as well as signing out & back into account. Failure has been present for multiple weeks.

I was getting the same error @pmtime , but after refreshing the page it started working.

I doubt this made any difference, but first I added the Manual / Just In row and got the error when trying to select items. Then I hit the trash can to delete the row.

Then I chose something else to add like Manual / Father's Day. No issue pulling listings into that. 

Then an error appeared at the top of the page and told me to refresh. I refreshed.

That brought back the original Manual / Just In row which I deleted with the trash can.

Then I went through all the Manual options adding and deleting - all worked.

Then I tried Just In again - and it worked.

Thanks for the feedback @wastingtime101 — after multiple steps of deleting/refreshing/adding/deleting/etc. it finally worked without the error. Appreciate your response!

It seems the storefront system has entirely broken.

I can't make edits to my storefront - keep getting error messages to refresh the page or to publish edits and nothing is working. Click discard changes and get the red refresh error banner. Click the refresh link and it says unpublished changes. Click publish and even that doesn't work, bringing back the red refresh error banner.

I did try 2 different browsers, but can't make changes by adding/removing featured rows.

Don't know what's going on with it, but it's definitely not working.

If others are also having problems with manage store, please click the ? icon on the bottom right of the page to file a tech error report.

Mine has been doing this for months. It's very frustrating because you sometimes get to chose the listings... just to have to refresh and lose them because it wont process. 😠   More time wasted and no fix yet!
