Is anyone else having issues when trying to use the "Contact Buyer" dropdown from an individual sale within your orders dashboard? For the last 4 days I keep getting this "Page Not Responding" error: Error message on my "Contact Buyer" link
Does anyone have any advice or know how to resolve this issue? I've tried clearing my cache/cookies within the web browser and switching web browsers but I get that same error no matter what I try. I'd appreciate any and all advice/suggestions. Thank you!

I experienced a different problem, I wrote several emails to a seller but there is no trace of them in the Sent Messages list, nor the seller has ever responded. Thankful for any tip to solve the problem, or let Ebay know.

Not sure why there is no record of "sent message", seems mysterious. Check or double check your site preferences about messaging buyers, and when creating the actual message, tic the box just under the typing area of the message (says send a copy to my email) then check your primary email account for the copy of the message. Good luck!

Ouch at 4 days! Is it working now?
Good you cleared files, etc. Afterwards, log out of eBay and do a computer/devicepower off and fresh start, if you didn't.
Check your browsers for updates, both Firefox and Chrome recently have newer versions.
I run W10 and the Windows tool to clean up files and optimize is not the greatest. I follow up
with other cleaning/maintenance tools.
Also, I'm not really thrilled that CCleaner has recently updated and is not providing a "complete clean" now whatever that means, with their free program. I've watched them offer less and less with the free download, I'm waiting to read 3rd party reviews about the recent change, still a very popular tool, and for sure CCleaner will pick up revenue with the paid programs.

Hi
I am having the same problem and getting the same "Not Responding" message with my "Contact Buyer". It has been like this for well over a week now and like anything that is too hard eBay promise you the earth but never come back to you. So you start again with the next customer service rep.
eBay even checked their end and confirmed that they got the same message. It is so hard not being able to stay in contact with a buyer to let them know you have posted or reminders for payment etc.
I must admit I am not surprised by the lack of action from eBay as the only time I contact them is because I have a genuine problem and always spend the first 10 minutes of my conversation with them proving I am not an idiot and I do know what I am talking about.
How many times have you contacted eBay about the problem and what are they saying?

Same Issue
Tried differenet browser, clear cache, cookies, restart etc etc
Found it relates to the ebay account, as I can log into another ebay account in the same browser and send a message fine to buyer / seller. Just from the wrong account.
Checked all settings in ebay. No idea, it must be an issue with eBay, as why it work on same computer, same browser with 1 ebay account and not another

I've been having this issue now too, but for some reason, it is only with accounts with little to no feedbacks. If I were to message someone with 1,000 feedbacks it works, so I do not know.

Works fine for me in all sold item views (Seller Hub Orders Old View, and My eBay Sold), Unknown if problem is related to sender account, receiver account, other factors, or random gremlins.
Try using the classic page:
https://my.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MyEbayBeta&CurrentPage=MyeBayNextSold
Very wild shot:
When hovering over a "Contact Buyer" link on the Seller Hub Orders page, right click it and copy the link to the clipboard. Paste the link in the address bar of a new tab, change the &frm=5508 to &frm=3984 in the URL, load the page, and see if it even works or makes any difference.
