"Codeless Coupon" Promotions Not Working Still Not Working

Attempted my first codeless coupon to generate some extra custom through social media channels.

40 minutes later still being directed to "We couldn't find the promotion you requested."

Anyone out there know how long this should take?

And any help from admin would be appreciated.

I managed to get 2 Codeless Coupons activated, and have been sharing them with my customers and friends on social media for several months now. Either no one is using them yet, or they do not work. Customer Service told me they do work. I find it peculiar that no seasoned eBay Seller's are able to chime in on this elusive topic, and provide some feedback or guidance.

It's been over an hour since I made my Codeless Coupon. I am still getting the error. It's a 500 server error. That's on eBay, not on me. Frustration mounts as I try to talk to eBay support online who keep asking me if I need help creating promotions. A 500 server error doesn't care what computer you use or what browser you use. The error is ON THE SERVER, not anywhere on my computer. It seems like this has been a problem for a couple of years now. eBay, why is this still an issue?

This issue has been going of for a couple years now (and other promotions, like markdowns, also seem to be somewhat impacted).

Sometimes the coupons/promotions will activate within a couple hours, sometimes it takes half a day. It seems to take longer this time of year when eBay traffic is heavier around Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
