This has been reported to eBay since Sept 5th, 2024. Still they do nothing.
We are an anchor store selling/processing per day hundreds of orders.
Whenever we get all the orders into the bulk printing mode, if we change anything in the SKU field in any of the orders, all the orders' SKU fields go blank and all is removed from the SKU field in the rest of the orders.
This keeps us from processing the orders in the bulk printing method and has us processing the orders one by one since that day, almost 2 months ago. We keep calling every week, several times per week.
I have sent the print screens they asked me to send (wasting the time this takes in the process), and they still don't do nothing. I'm wondering if there's a single person in this company responsible enough to take care of this situation. Because if I were you (whomever that's going to respond to this feed IF ANYONE DOES IT) I'd be embarrassed. We pay in fees, per month, more than $20,000 to eBay, until WHEN do we need to tolerate this disrespect?
At this point is clear they simply don't care about our calls. Is this the end of eBay, is this company about to be declared in bankruptcy and I'm the only one that's not aware of what's happening with this ship sinking or what? Please let me know.
