I have managed to find a work around this glitch. 

I input my package dimensions and weight, I then click "carrier packaging" and again click back to "custom size." I am then greeted with the ability to purchase the shipping service of my choice. 

At least they didn't round up and bill all of our flat rates with imperfect measurements input again... 

And they wonder why no one would dare allow eBay to manage their payments...

You can print from paypal. I moved to Stamps .com it is discounted and sometime cheaper than ebay for first class items.

Ugg....I am having the same problem.  I reported it but it doesn't help when your items are stacking up to be shipped.

Same!! Mine quit working yesterday afternoon and still isn't. I talked to Ebay support this morning and they are working on it.

I spent about 45 min trying to get it to work on Chrome and Internet Explorer, but nothing (other than eBay charging me 5 times for the same shipping label). I finally tried Microsoft Edge... worked with no problem!
