promoted listings bulk edit doesn't work

I very often end and relist items to keep them fresh. They are all promoted listings. The promo usually relists with the items, but over the weekend it didn't. I have 2000 items that need the promotion put back on them and when I bulk edit (which I have done for this in the past with no problem) it doesn't take. I can do it by hand and that works, but I can't spend days doing this one at a time. Reporting it here in hopes Ebay tech will see it and fix it because I think they must want more of my money 😉 🙂

I am having the same problem.  I can bulk promote listings, I can't bulk stop promote listings.

I 'finally' figured out the issue...hope it helps you:

From Seller Hub - 1)  go to the Marketing Tab

                                     2)  from there, scroll down to the 'Advertising Dashboard'

                                     3) my particular account had 3 listed promotions  going on..  in order to totally 

                                     remove all my listings off 'Promoted Listings' I was able to 'end all' or something

                                     like that and FINALLY they are all off promoted listings!!!
