problems with eBay and my internet provider

I am not able to get into my eBay account because for some strange reason eBay and my internet provider can't get their acts together. eBay says it isn't them -- my computer says it isn't it and that my problem is with my provider My provider Great Wave Communications says they are having some technical problems with

eBay where I can't open up the account --- I guess I'm not the only one. 

BUT, regardless I have made numerous calls to eBay and I have been unable to access my account for 3 weeks now already --- would like to get this problem fixed please

What happens when you sign in to eBay?

Any difference if you use a different browser or a different link to sign in?

You seem to be signed in at the moment. Can you go from the community to your My eBay page using the link in the upper right?

Can you sign in to your account using the eBay app?
