problem using paypal as payment

i won a bid item in ebay. When i posted my payment via paypal, it got reversed and the payment was refunded back to my paypal account for unknown reason. The seller sent me an email confirming the reversed payment and requested to resend another payment. However, ebay is not letting me post another payment again and kept giving me an error message that something went wrong. I tried responding on the seller's email to let him/her know of the problem i am having but i can't even reply to the message as it is also giving me the same error. This is the first time that i have encountered this problem with ebay.

im very upset i was tired up all night i got the red error message when i tried to click the confirm and pay button and after a like a lot of tries it worked and i had the correct amount on my card now since last night i been trying to pay for this 1 iten and and im having the **bleep** issue like honestly the tech in ebay need work harder make sure this dont happen because what if it works again and some1 was getting a gift for some1 and its sols some elsed got it because they didnt think it would not be fixed still and that was there only idea for a gift for they got tired of waiting and bought something else somewhere else and didnt its fixed and they dont know and now the thing they wanted on ebay they cant get because they spent it on something else because they got tired of waiting for the payment part on ebay can you update e when this will be fixed thanks

eBay is very glitchy - with any errors, always sign out, clear your cache/cookies, sign back in and try again.

Also try using different browsers - Firefox & Chrome work well with eBay.

As for the refunded or reversed payment - was the order cancelled, or does it still show in your Purchase History as 'unpaid', with a PayNow eBay option?

Make sure you only repay from eBay's Checkout, not any other way (ie, PayPal invoice) so that you don't lose your Buyer Protection.
