printer friendly page not working after placing an orderr

When trying to print the order details after a purchase and clicking on the printer friendly page (top right of page) instead of pulling up the order so it can be printed, it simply takes you back to the closed auction. I tried on IE and Google, and both did the same.

Confirmed. Windows 11 / Firefox 144.0.

The link just points to the item URL, instead of the javascript popup or whatever it was before. Looks like they broke something again.

click on the "?" icon at the bottom right corner of your screen (PC) while on the Order Details page, then click "Report a technical problem" from the Help pop-up. eBay does look at those reports.

On a mobile device, shake it while the app is open to report.

Thank you, and yes, I have done that just a few ago as well. Hopefully eBay will have corrected soon.
