Trying to ship an item out and the buyer chose Parcel Select. All that comes up for USPS options is Media Mail(which says buyer selected but they did not) and all the Priority options. I have tried to navigate through the list to no avail. No parcel! This sucks as I am not forced to choose the higher rate priority to ship the package. Has anyone experienced this?
USPS doesn't allow the user of Parcel Select when shipping to Zones 1 - 4, except for items which must travel by ground (e.g., hazmat). The online price for Priority Mail is literally 10 cents more, so use that.
On the top of the shipping label page is a button where you can select custom size or carrier packages, for each of these at the bottom is a link that says compare all services. You should see every available option.
