All my Listings are Buy It Now and for about a month, the number of Watchers is not displaying on the Listing page. I have reported this 4 times to no avail. This is an important sales feature...I am a buyer as well as a seller, and when I see a lot of watchers on an item, I feel pressure to hurry up and buy it before someone else snags it. Further, as a seller who does extensive research on her items, the number of watchers helps me to guage the popularity of a specific item. Also, I am able to see watchers on the ebay app (which I don't like btw as my store front/categories aren't visible), but not when I'm using my laptop which is what I generally use. I feel that this ONGOING ISSUE is hurting sales and needs to be resolved asap. MY LOSS is YOUR LOSS eBay , so get on the stick and get this fixed already, arrgh!!!

P.S. Would like to clarify that the # of Watchers was not showing on anyone's listings 2 weeks ago, though I'm now seeing some here and there now just in the last week. On my Watch List or a Search page, some will have like "10 watchers" in red, but when I go to that listing page, no watchers show, yet on others they do. Unfortunately, NONE of mine show. Further, does anyone else agree that when calling to report a tech issue, there should be a Tech Issue topic to select, duh?

the number of watchers only shows now if there are 5 or more watchers. eBay came up with some statistics somewhere that made this an idea with a "postive outcome". Yea. Right.

Thank you for your reply! I suspected something similar, but I have many items with 10 or more watchers and even those don't show any...sigh.

And today I'm no longer seeing watchers on most items that show in the search that they have 5 or more, so likely they changed it again.

I just ccalled Ebay Customer Service and was informed that Ebay is permanently removing the Views....This is a Poor choice and let sellers and buyer down and in the dark....I'm segining to look at similar sites to do business with. Ebay tends to be abrupt and don't care how thier clientele is affected by such cut and dry changes.

Looking Elswhere any ideas?

Hey there. It shows the number of Watchers on my cell phone but not my laptop. Not sure what's going on.

Yep, same here. Thinking about calling eBay again today for the fifth time because some sellers are showing watchers and others aren't (via laptop access). Thanks for your reply!

Called eBay and after being transferred 3 times and explaining the issue 3 times, I think I finally reached someone who will get the full scope of the issue to the tech team. We went to my Watch List page where some items show the # of watchers in Red. When we clicked on these and went to the actual item listing page, some showed the watchers # and others didn't. She took down the item numbers of these in order to provide examples to the tech team. Fingers crossed people, hopefully they will finally fix this issue because if it has negatively affected my sales, then it has certainly affected other sellers as well. Going to leave this thread open and will report back when all is well. I'm hoping that eBay tech employees read this and will jump in to help FIX THE GLITCH!

I can see Watchers on all of my accounts. But some days I can't see Views - some days they will appear for a few hours and then they disappear again. I'm hesitant to list new items since I can't tell if I need to adjust titles / prices.

Thanks for your reply! I'm not having an issue with the page views and never have...sorry to hear you are. Lucky you, though, because you can see your watchers on each actual listing page, whereas I can only see them in the column on my Active Listings page. When I click on one that has watchers, they don't show even though I know I do have watchers for that item.

STILL NO RESOLUTION ON THIS ISSUE and NO Responses from any IT reps! This issue is NEGATIVELY AFFECTING MY SALES! Please, someone from the IT dept. HELP!!!

I keep replying to my own thread in order to move it up in the hopes that the eBay Tech Team will see iT. PLEASE FIX THIS TECH ISSUE...NEGATIVELY AFFECTED MANY SELLER'S SALES!
