no listing fees displayed under new listing page

When you go to submit the new listing it states "List with displayed fees" 

But fees are not displayed anywhere. therefore you list without knowing the cost for the listing.

I believe that means the listing as you made it you will not be charged any fees. You can play with a listing and select some options with a known additional cost and see if it calculates a fee.
