My collection page is not available on desktop web browsers Google Chrome or MS Edge. works fine with the mobile app.

Is it possible you are signed in to a different eBay account in those browsers than in the app?

Nope - just the one eBay account. When I navigate to the My Collection page on my desktop web browser, I get this message:
We're currently experiencing technical difficulties.
Works fine on my mobile app

I do not have anything in my collection, but when I go to the link under My eBay using Firefox, it leads here:
https://www.ebay.com/collection/hub
Where the page seems to load for me, but says "No items found".
No server error message for me.
