Hi, I have been having the same problem for a month now, 4 weeks, I cannot tell you how many times I called ebay to NO avail! I was told to add item specifics, then they wouldlook into it and just alot of nothing. All I know I went from selling between 40 to 50 sales a week to 20 then 12 and now with one more day left I have 5 sales for the week. I think they are my followers or some one going in my store. I have been hit hard with Ebay's new changes and I use biding for most of my items with a low starting price. I think I will give it 1 more week and then I will open a store on Amazon. I cannot keep taking a beating here, It is a shmes I am a member since 1997.

Hi

Can not sell if the item is not visible.

I am also losing sales on my top items. it seems that when I updated them a few minutes later they were not there. Called eBay several times and they have said they are having issues and don't know when they can update the problem.

I wonder how they would react if I said I "didn't know when" I would get around to paying my fees...oh wait, yes, I do know. Double standards.

Hi! If this is still an issue for you, read this
There IS in fact a massive bug on eBay. They charge you the fee, but it won't list. Which means you basically pay for nothing.. But ebay has yet to fix the problem after months.
It is illegal for ebay to NOT deliver on a listing upgrade or even the base listing fee. You pay for listing, it HAS to appear, there is no excuse.
Support are OUTRIGHT MORONS.. yes. really, not just trashing them.
Took me 5 minutes to recite the URL to stores.ebay.co.uk because the tech support had no idea.
On top of that, the SUPERVISOR.. YES SUPERVISOR got into a verbal arguement with me saying that "ebay does not allow searching by item ID".
