managed payment overcharge

I just started managed payments a few days ago and went to my account today and noticed that they have my New activity not yet invoiced: at $238.00 and just the other day it was under $100.00.

I calculate about $300.00 in sales so far for Jan. 15th invoice, How do i owe them over $200 in New activity not yet invoiced? Trying to contact ebay about this and my call back is in 169 minutes.

Can someone help me understand this manage payment or does this sound like a glitch?

Have you tried looking at the recent activity in your seller account?  You can download a report of the new activity not yet invoiced.  Then you could sort it and see if there are duplications,  or errors.  If it doesn't answer your question, you would be more ready to ask customer service when you get a call back.

Did you look at the details of the new activity. You'll see every charge broken down for each sale. Your store subscription fee will likely be one of the line items.

If you started MP a few days ago, all the fees from the middle of December until you started MP will be including in those fees as well.
