I’ve identified two bugs in eBay’s system:
Despite setting a 3-day limit for combined payments in Shipping Preferences, buyers can still submit payments for orders beyond this period and combine shipping for any number of days they choose.
In "Preferences for items awaiting payment", I have set an 11-day period for automatic cancellation. If a buyer does not pay within 11 days, the eBay system auto-cancels orders for U.S. buyers. However, if international buyers do not pay, the eBay system does not auto-cancel the orders.
