Which browser are you using? Do you get stuck in the same loop using another browser?

Much of the time, sign in difficulties can be related to eBay cookies; either the browser not accepting cookies, or a corrupt cookie. Deleting cookies might help, but there are cases where the eBay cookie is "blocked" and needs to be deleted individually.

Some folks have been having issues with the new sign-in page. If the old sign in page works better for you, it might be worth bookmarking:

It must have been some bug they were working on got up the next day and it doesn't do it anymore

It is EXTREMELY annoying!! Click, I am not a bot. Answer questions. Click I am not a bot, again. Answer security questions, then login. Then I have to click on I am not a bot AGAIN. Then I have to resend the page to actually get my landing page. Freaking ridiculous.
