Tell us users your problem leaving out user names etc.. We will try to give you advice.

Usually better than CS but not all things can be handled on the boards.

If this does not suit you then have eBay give you a call.

the user closed their account and im not able to reach them the item is suppose to arrive today, but i think i got scammed cause I checked out their account and there was another review saying someone else brought something from them and never got their item as well.

no just estimated dates there was no tracking it said June 1st

Since the estimated date of delivery is today, tomorrow (6/2) you can file an Item not Received case and get your money back.

You can do this from the resolution center https://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/ or from the item itself.

There is no need to talk to or contact customer service for this.
