I started having issues with printing labels earlier today. When I called support, the person said that their servers were having "issues" today. When using my phone number to access support... it said my account did not exist. After several attempts, they were finally able to see my accounts... but it was troublesome that the first response was that there was no such account using that phone number. When I insisted that I was entering the correct phone number... and provided the names of our linked eBay accounts... they eventually found them... but said their servers weren't working correctly and they hoped to get everything working later in the day.
Once that was out of the way... they confirmed that there is a glitch in their new label system... and they recommended that all users print labels only through their "classic label" system... as they had no news on when the newer shipping label platform would be working correctly. (the problem was an alignment issue... where even though the label appears correctly on my screen... it fails to print correctly on my printer (regardless of the browser used; and even though all current updates / drivers are installed on the printer).
Not very reassuring... but at least they finally acknowledged that the problem was on their side... not mine.
