Purchased item. Sent to wrong address. Scammer feedback all over the sellers rating. How can I contact ebay now that the return is closed. I just want a refund since I never personally received my item. It was delivered to random address in my zipcode. I just need to open a claim and no customer support phone numbers work, not even the fraud line.
