issues with shippng label fornat

the past week I have not been able to get the shipping labels to show up full size when I print. It just prints a tiny label at the top left corner of the page. I called ebay last week and they said they were working on the glitch then today when I went to print a label again same problem. No problems printing from any other source? Anyone know how to resolve. Their response last week was to print from paypal. Is that what we are supposed to do now and if so why not tell us that? also got overcharged for the label

I have not had this issue using edge. Perhaps try another browser. Also the new label page lets you save the label to your desk top. Have you tried saving the label then printing from the saved file? When I print my hp printers set up screen comes up and there are options to adjust the size. Do you get similar options and if so perhaps try them.  Also maybe try adjusting the pages resolution using your mouse. Hold the control button down and scroll upwards with your mouse wheel to enlarge and down to shrink. While this adjust the image on the screen I think it can also adjust the size of the item being printed.
