For three days it has been impossible to bulk relist unsold items - given the large number of people who are having the same problem is there any chance that eBay might solve this issue or are they just happy to take their fees from us and continue to fail to provide the service they are charging for? No communication from eBay about what is happening and of course no apology for the inconvenience. Customer service has never been a strong point but this is exceptional even for eBay. Now investigating their competitors!
