On the app, “home screen” - it says I have 3 items that were paid and ready to ship.
But when I log in, I only have 2 items that are paid and ready to ship.
I recently refunded an item, and after looking at other reviews - it appears this problem happens under such circumstances.
I know it doesn’t effect anything. But it’s confusing when I open the app.
Is there a fix?

Did you formally cancel that order or issue a refund without a cancellation?
Are you using the latest version of the app?
Have you closed out the app then relaunched it?
