2nd day 

aggressive hijacking

can’t set up search tabs

can’t find things to buy

Finally called to complain about inaction on 2 issues:

TIME LEFT on summary page

popups on IOS search tabs back.

person was attententive and nice

but in the end nothing in her script was helpful.

she promised a responce in 1 or 2 days.

i requested an email not a call

she said she would.

i will let you know what “happens”.

Yesterday pm

finally got 7 tabs for 7 searches to stick.

this am

only 2 tabs did not attract popups.

this is not a new process,

I have been doing this ( without popups)

for 3-4 years.

this pm will set up searches again

I do want to shop you know.

I forgot to mention that I did direct the person who I spoke

to to the technical issues group.

but the aggressive popups seem to have taken a vacation : )

If I’m saying something stupid and obvious forgive me (I’m old and can just basically function on IOS) but I was having the same problem and it stopped after I went into Safari and cleared history. Is this something different? I couldn’t get away from the faux Amazon page and now prob.
