how do I email ebay to report them to them

I bid on an item and I was already high bidder but it was at my max with an  hour to go so I increased my max bid.  Problem is that when I increased my max bid - ebay increased the price of the item at the same time and there was not another bid entered by anyone else at the time.   Basically item went from me as high bidder at $7 to me increasing my max bid to $7.55 (in case of another bidder outbidding me) and instead of staying at the $7 i was at it put it up to $7.50.  I don't think price fixing is legal and there was no reason to up my bid on myself. I don't want to call them I want to email them.

You can't email eBay, and this probably isn't a technical issue.

Post in the https://community.ebay.com/t5/Bidding-Buying/bd-p/bidding-buying-db forum, they will dissect what happened there (that's where the auction experts hang), and if there appears to really be some sort of bug in play, will involve eBay.
