I can't go to help, getting this :

Pardon Our Interruption...

As you were browsing eBay, something about your browser made us think you were a bot. There are a few reasons this might happen:

  • You're a power user moving through this website with super-human speed.
  • You've disabled JavaScript in your web browser.
  • A third-party browser plugin, such as Ghostery or NoScript, is preventing JavaScript from running.

   I had that happen to me and if I remember correctly (or not) the first power user thing seemed to be the culprit for me. It seems I wasn't allowing the page to compleatly load before clicking to sign in. I waited for the page to finish loading next time and all was Ok.

   It's never done it since though and I don't wait now so...............................?

Try another browser to rule out a browser issue.

Are you using a VPN, hotspot or Starlink network connection?

Make sure your browser is up-to-date and has JavaScript enabled (and not blocked):

https://www.whatismybrowser.com/

In some cases, if you are using a bad link and getting stuck in a redirection loop, you can get that error message.

If the problem happens when trying to sign in, see if you can use a different link to sign in.

https://signin.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll

If you are using a mobile browser, try changing to a different browser mode: mobile or desktop. Try a desktop browser or a mobile browser in desktop mode.

Or try signing in to your usual account using the eBay app. If you are getting that error when using the app it means that eBay does not recognize your default browser; try changing your default browser to the latest version of Chrome or Firefox.

@bhamwhh

That is exactly how it happened for me when I experienced this a month or so ago. I shut everything down that night and the next morning everything was simply cleared up. Hasn't happened again.
