getting on ebay with my phone

I have been an ebay seller for years.  I got a phone recently and they set it up with a different password etc. and they won't let me on because they say that password is already in use.  Of course, that is me but I cannot get the help I need to set my phone with my ebay information.  I don't want to set it up with new information because I would lose all my good feedback and all history I have with ebay.  I need my phone to sell on ebay.  Can someone help me

eBay does not say that a password is in use, though eBay may say that an email address is already in use if you are trying to change the email address associated with your eBay account.

Be sure you are actually signing in to your eBay account using the correct username and password and you should be able to access your eBay account on your phone.
