getting 1001 error on getTrafficReport API

[got_tires_trade]

endpoint = https://api.ebay.com/sell/analytics/v1/traffic_report?filter=marketplace_ids:%7BEBAY_MOTORS%7D,date_...

$headers = array(
"Authorization: Bearer ".$ebaytoken)

This api is working fine from my account's api explorer... but getting 1001 error when working with it.  What is the issue here?
