I am having the same issue. Report it as a technical problem to eBay using the little '?' button in the bottom right corner.

I'm seeing that too, in both the Ended and Unsold pages. It appears that the pulldown menu options have disappeared, leaving nothing but a Relist option behind, and an empty square graphic where the Down Arrow should be.

Also cannot delete any "unsold" or "ended" listings.

Sell similar works on this page: https://www.ebay.com/mys/unsold 

As far as I can tell, you will need to do the listings individually. There is no "Bulk" function on this page.
