email send failure - will not let me communicate by message

currently have some very important high $$$ items to communicate back and forth with the buyers and will not let me send messages to anyone

can't find where ebay has posted anything about the issue and what is being done about it - the couple thousand i pay them each month for selling fees is obviously not going back into making the service run correctly

I'm having the same problem!  Just tried to communicate with two buyers and getting the same message.

I get so tired of a problem always happening on my biggest day of sells, always...same here, as can't send messages...it's almost as if they plan on getting their worst Tech people ever to plan on doing a so called fix on Friday's, which is a TERRIBLE idea...Hire someone that knows what they are doing please, EBAY!!!!

I'm having the same problem. I can't find a way to communicate this to Ebay. Any suggestions?

Same issue here.  Been going on all day.  I knew something was up when I haven't received any messages at all.

They are morons, as the only place they are stating anything is on the call in, as they say we can't get our messages, so I guess, No speaka da Inglish, again! And their Tech people must be supremely incompetant, more than anyone else, as doing this normally for site repairs on Fridays is a TERRIBLE idea!!!

I was having this problem as well. The problem may be that the listing has ended or your buyers inbox is full.
Try clicking on the buyers profile and click contact from there. Check the box that says not related to an item. This just worked for me.
