email "review all results" button receive "err_connection_refused" error

receive my email via Outlook. The emails arrive with seached items pictures. Click on item in email it goes to that item... but when I click on the "view all results" button in all the emails I get this connection refused error: 

This site can’t be reached

shop.ebay.com refused to connect.

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

have tried setting different browser as default no change. Have no problem going directly to any other website. Searched discussion board and could not find anyone else posting this problem. Thanks for any feedback.

There appears to be a work around by deleting the saved search having the redirect problem and then recreate it. I did this with some searches that had the problem, and the recreated new saved searches now seem to work correctly.

That's good to hear and may help others who wander in here.

It does sound like there may have been some crossed wires in stored data or the code with older saved searches and all the template changes eBay must have been making over the last few months to ultimately shift everything to HTTPS.

rover.ebay.com refused to connect. Same thing.... Anyone fixed it yet? I have to turn on a Proxy to a different country and it solves it. But, I don't like my proxy on all the time because it slows my connection speeds....

I had this issue for weeks and one day it fixed itself, complete mystery as to why.
