I bought ebay starter store on November 14,but my existing listing did not appear until nove 16, therefore I contacted ebay customer care, they told me it will be okay after 48 hour,but it is not ok

You're from Sri Lanka and can't legally accept Pay Pal payments so getting paid is going to be a problem.
Probably won't be long before your account is suspended.

Srilankans can accsept PayPal payments and pay for things.can't do withdrawal to bank accounts. It's not illegal.
