ebay non-performance

evay sent my money $200.00+ to a seller who did not send the item. I have done everything I can to retrieve my cash and ebay is not available to service the problem. STOP USING ebay!!! Your money might disappear and you will get no help.

Since you made the purchase on August 23, you are still within your MBG (money back guarantee) period. 

If the estimated delivery date has passed, you should go to the order and click the dropdown box, choosing that you didn't receive the item. 

Seller has to respond with either tracking or a refund and if he doesn't do so, you can go back to the claim and ask ebay to step in. 

You won't lose your money.

EDIT: Based on your feedback left, it sounds like the seller tried to issue a refund but because of ebay's hold on the funds, he couldn't refund from your payment. The money will have to come from his bank. 

TBH, I'm surprised this brand new seller is able to list so many fairly expensive items!

You won the item on September 2nd...Was he suppose to hand delivery the item?

It hasn't been that many days since the sale.

There is an estimated date of arrival of the item on the item sold...that is why you can't retrieve your cash.
