been on managed payments for months. as of tonight, when i try to relist/sell similar any item, i get the error below. I'm just selling common trading cards which isn't restricted by managed payments. In testing, I have no issues listing the same items in same categories on other accounts (which are also on managed payments). weird glitch? anyone else have this issue?
It looks like there's a problem with this listing.

- Unfortunately, you can't list this item. When eBay manages payments, there are restrictions on certain types of items that can be sold.
@iamtoplease What's the title of the card listing? Maybe there is a keyword that is triggering the bots?

I'm having the same problem as of today (unable to list a similar item, or a brand new listing) in a category I've been selling in for years (film photo equipment). Requested a call back to resolve. Got a call, spoke with first rep (heavy accent), no clue what's going on, transferred to another guy with a similarly hairy accent, who spent 10 min looking at it only to transfer me again. His transfer failed and I was hung up. Listing title used:
"RED Canon A-1 w/ FD 50mm f1.8 lens & winder / NEW LIGHT SEALS A1"
Nothing that should be blocked, clearly some sort of idiotic system glitch. Ridiculous. I really hate this stupid managed payments "improvement".

@iamtoplease @Anonymous
Have you tried the usual... cleared your browser history, tried another browser?
What platform are you using? Windows? App? Browser version?
I know these steps are basic but I am trying to gather info so I can report it to community staff. Sometimes if there are enough reports of the same tech issue they can forward it to the tech dept.

Cleared history, logged out/relogged in, restarted the computer. Latest version of Firefox in Windows 10 Home. Once again, the problem didn't exist three days ago, when I made my last listing, in the same category, with a similar item.
Just tried it again, same result. Requested a call back, wait time 171 minutes.

Same issue with me, in 2 different stores (collectables) with 2 separate accepted items. I feel eBay made some adjustment and failed to tell us about their issue!

tyler@ebay brittanie@ebay is this a known issue? Is tech working on it? I have seen other reports of this issue.

@upstate_brick Sorry to say that I really didn't get much of an answer back until close to the end of the day yesterday and now community team member Brittanie is on vacation. tyler@ebay is the only one holding down the fort when he comes back Monday.
This is the reply I received from Brittanie on the mentors chat board>>> The members would want to review their listings and remove any language that is not related to the actual item being sold. That's the reason they're not able to complete listings, as the categories they're listing in aren't ones that are restricted in managed payments.
I'll pass along feedback about the help page that's being provided when they get this type of block message to see if we can get it to be more clear going forward.
This is the reply I gave>>
The items are ones such as jewelry, with no keywords to trigger bots. Sellers have been in MP and listed these items before. One seller even said they can list the same items on their other MP account but not the one they are posting with. There have been other instances of this issue.
I am not asking you to fix it or anything ( I said this because community staff is limited in what they can do ) just to check with the tech dept to see if it's a known issue. Of course, since sellers can't even call in not sure how tech or ANY CS would know about it.
The option to contact the MP dept is turned off for more hours per day than it's available.

I have the same problem but I can list and relist individually only, not in bulk. Called ebay and was on the phone for 2 hours with no solution. They have no clue what is happening.

I cleared my browser (google) and tried microsoft to no avail. Still getting " Seller requirements not met"

I have the same problem today, and for the past few days as well. Tried to relist individual items, got the same exact message, and I list only jewelry items, things that have been relisted without problems in the past. In addition, my automated relist feature failed on about 90% of the auctions ( I have no clue why they all didn't fail.....) Called a rep early this morning, he was clueless. He transferred me to an "expert" who was also clueless, tried to walk me through opening an incognito browser on Chrome, to no avail. Asked me try to remove the word "gold" from my auction title and try again, to no avail. Promised me someone would look into the problem. I'm trying manually every few hours, to no avail. In what is one of the busiest selling weeks of the year, this has to happen.....

Hi @comics-scifi-collectibles - there's no tech issue I can find that would explain this, wondering if there's a wording issue that's triggering filters.
@iamtoplease, @upstate_brick @Anonymous - are you able to get me an example of your description or wording? I've seen blocks in the past happen if you're offering 'free prizes' or 'gifts with purchase'.
Thanks!
