ebay creates duplicate entries

When I revise and sometimes when I relist - ebay leaves the old listing open. Been doing this for at least the last 7 years. Called on it numerous times. Never gotten a response. Problem is when I sell something I don't know the other one is there. Got caught with cannot fulfill ordeR - And I get a defect.

I got caught with one of those too... I was relisting unsolds and it was sold.   Because I had changed a listing from buy it now to auction, it leaves the buy it now one as unsold even though the auction item sold.

SO what I do now as soon as relist an item I delete it from the list of "relisted" items.  I do not need that list.  I just need NOT relisted , sold, active, awaiting payment.    The ended list is pointless in my opinion, I never look at it since it lumps everything together.
