Here are the issues that have plagued the eBay app ‘Purchase History’ section for years, with no attempt by eBay to fix them. Terrible!
1. Hidden purchases continue to pop up. No matter how many times they are selected to be hidden, they continue to pop up. Reset app, sign back in, same issue.
2. If you purchase more than one item from the same seller, and want to hide your order after you have left feedback, there is no way to do it in the app without the order constantly popping back up. You have to log into the classic ebay website, select hide order, and that is the only way I have found to hide an order with multiple items from one seller. Ridiculous.
3. Purchase history repeats itself. Say for example you purchase 5 items. If you scroll down to the bottom of those 5 items, the very first item will just begin again. There’s no way to fix this. Just another terrible problem on their app that they will never fix, not even sure why I am posting this.
