It's been over a week that eBay website is failing to load on my home connection. Some content loads and other don't.
I have tried opening a chrome incognito tab and still the same issue; from the cellphone, the same.
If I switch off wifi from cellphone and use mobile network, pages open correctly.
This clearly is an issue with my ISP but maybe there's some routing eBay has broken with the backbone? I'm using Vivo (GVT) ISP in Brazil for my broadband, and mobile data is also from Vivo company (this works).
I have noticed connections to ir.ebaystatic.com are failing, it resolves with IP from eBay's CDN as 93.184.215.80, and this IP address is not accepting connections on port 443 (HTTPS).
DNS resolving is as follows:

From my Mobile carrier, this same host (ir.ebaystatic.com) resolves to several IPs starting with 151.101.x.206 (where X says 2, 66, 130 and 194 at this time) and it works.

This suggests eBay DNS servers may be providing the wrong answer for my ISP's ipv4 or ipv6 from the broadband, and giving the correct answer from the mobile network.
Broadband IPs (last field replaced by 'x'):
- ipv6: 2804:7f2:298a:55cc:bda1:b14f:cf21:x
- ipv4: 162.158.193.x
Mobile carrier's IP:
- ipv6: 2804:18:504a:9594:605b:1869:29d1:x
- ipv4: 162.158.193.x
I have reset my router's DNS client and it fetched the same wrong address again:

And if I switch DNS server to google's 8.8.8.8, I still get the same (wrong) answer as above. Same answer also is received if I query from my cellphone using google's 8.8.8.8 public DNS server.
Anybody else having issues loading eBay due to this host not resolving right (or not responding)?
