I cannot get my full refund from seller more than 2 weeks....
We then learnt that it's because of the eBay system issue. eBay always display "technical issue" while seller click on REFUND. Try calling eBay but failed.
Speechless...
I try to ask eBay to stop in but obtained NO response...
