eBay system clocking while trying to print a packing slip 11 am central 8-30-2024

HI, I sold an item on eBay this morning. The customer paid and I too am also  trying to print the packing slip and the eBay system is just clocking since 11am central time 8-30-2024.

I was able to print a packing slips without issue from manage orders awaiting shipping page. I use Edge on Desktop running Windows 10.
