eBay server down again!!!!!

Ebay server down again. Worked for a few hours yesterday after being down for at least three days over weekend. Sales down, can open in app but that doesn't help when you need to get in and list and update items. Is eBay working on this? There doesn't seem to be a way to alert anyone on eBay about the problem.

I'm in exactly the same boat! I can do anything else on the internet, except access ebay.  This is making it impossible to run a small business!  Please, eBay - some sort of word on this saying you know about it, and what are the plans to fix? (and yes, we've tried swapping out modem, shutting computers off and on, 3 different browsers, etc. It's not on our end, I'm sure of that.)

I have been using eBay all weekend and have not had any issues reaching ebay.com from my location in the northeast US. It does not appear that eBay has been down.

I have not seen a pattern of new reports on downdetector regarding eBay being down lately either:

What exactly happens when you go to ebay.com? What specific pages are you having trouble reaching? Have you tried alternative links? Are you able to reach eBay using the eBay app, or using your phone on another network?

If you are able to reach eBay using the eBay app, what browser do you normally use? Have you tried another as a test?

When going to eBay.com to get to my eBay store server error occurs. I have tried Safari, Google, Chrome. I am able to get through with my app on my phone but when creating a mailing label was a new learning experience and I had no option to print a packing slip. I did get on yesterday for a few hours and then the site went down again.

You may be using an old store link to try to get to your store.

Try going to ebay.com rather than using your bookmarked link, and using the links under My eBay to reach your various Summary, Watch List, Selling and Messages pages.

I can access ebay, but I’ve been experiencing problems updating existing or creating new listings much of today. I can’t get any changes to save and have experienced a server not responding error message or just get hung up. Therefore, I can’t get any new listings out and I have at least one buyer already waiting on me! I am unable to make updates in the app or through my web browser. Ebay status says everything is great. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Try another browser to rule out browser issues. If you are using a mobile browser, try requesting the desktop site version of the page at ebay.com.

Try another device to rule out device issues.

Try another network to rule out network issues.

Try signing in to ebay.ca or ebay.com.au -- that may not allow you to manage your sales from those sites, but you may be able to check your messages.

Who is your DNS provider?

I just saw a comment on downdetector from a user saying that they were recently having problems connecting to eBay until they changed their DNS server from Cloudflare to another provider, which solved the problem.
