eBay refused to connect error...

I keep getting a signin.ebay.com refused to connect error when I try to create a new listing. It looks like others are receiving the same message. Anyone have an idea on when it might be fixed?

I'm getting it too.  And I was listing about 2 hours ago...now I can't.
