I couldn't upload my store DP or Cover Photo. I have tried several times. It is displaying a loading mark, but it will not be uploaded. Please give me a solution!!!

Sri Lanka again, well you don't even have an ebay store. Try a store subscription first then sub to Seller HUB.

I couldn't even upload a profile picture in my profile.

You should be able to add a picture to your profile using a desktop browser (or a mobile browser in desktop mode) by going to your profile page. Use the "Edit profile" button there to reveal a pencil icon in the corner of your profile picture placeholder -- use that icon to add a new picture.

What browser are you using? Try another browser to see if that makes any difference.
