Is there some reason I can't select eBay Standard Envelope for qualifying items in the app? Every single time I have to list with first class, then go onto the website and change the shipping. Every. Single. Time. This includes if I have to make a revision in the app. I literally have to go in and select a new delivery method.
Already submitted a request to customer service which was apparently ignored.
