I have 2 different eBay accounts: somanypostcards and somanypcs. In the past the field for "email or user name" let me enter either account. Today it only shows somanypcs and does not allow me to change this to my other account. I need to go there to check on sales and run that business. Please help ASAP.

If you explicitly sign out of your somanypcs account and then go to the sign in page and enter your somanypostcards username and password, what exactly happens?

Here is an alternate sign in page, just in case that helps you:

If signing out of one account and back in to another is giving you difficulties, you might want to consider using different browsers for each account -- that way you never have to sign out and sign back in to use the other account. The different look of each browser should help you to keep track of which account your are using at any given time.

Thanks ever so much. The alternative sign in page works. On the broken sign in page when I explicitly sign out and then go to sign in, somanypcs appears in the account name. It cannot be changed and clicking on it does not display both account names as used to happen. I'm using the Chrome browser.

Glad to hear that the alternate sign in works for you.

But I am still curious what happens with the other sign in page; I assume that one of your usernames is being auto-filled into the field by your browser -- if you position your cursor at the end of that username and click there, you should be able to backspace or delete the last two characters, and see if you can enter the other username at that point, or if it appears as a choice to auto-fill.

Yes, my username (somanypcs) and password is being automatically filled in. If I click at the end of the username nothing happens. I cannot delete characters, though before it broke I could do so. I did discover that if I click on password then both usernames and passwords are displayed. Then if I click on somanypostcards it still displays somanypcs, but I can now edit it and enter the other user name. Strange.
