eBay Photo uploading issues (Cant List)

So, its been a week, ill be listing items and ill get uploading issues for my photos. Sometimes I cant even start listing because it wont upload pics it just spins like its buffering. anyone else having these issues? is this something ebay is working on to fix? I cant list like this

Here is a link to a thread that tyler@ebay provided for members having this type of issue.  I used the Contact link provided in his post and used the online Chat option to communicate with eBay AND prior to doing that I copied the application reference provided so I could paste it in the Chat with eBay.  It took a few minutes to complete the reporting process ...
